What we collect

When you buy: your name, email and delivery address. A phone number too, if you give one; it’s optional.

When you sign up for drops: your email. If you sign up at a closed checkout, we also note what you were trying to buy.

When you hold a record: the name, address and phone you choose to keep on file, which you can edit at any time on your record page.

We do not run analytics, tracking pixels or advertising networks. The only cookie this site sets keeps you signed in. Your cart is stored in your own browser and contains no personal details.

Why

To take payment, post your order, and send the emails that go with it: confirmation, dispatch, and sign-in links.

To send you drop announcements by email, only if you asked. To text you about drops, only if you ticked that box. You can withdraw either at any time.

To keep your details for your next order, only if you asked us to.

Each permission is asked separately. Saying yes to one is never yes to another.

Who else handles it

A small number of services do work on our behalf, and each receives only what its job needs:

• Stripe processes payments. Card details go to Stripe and never reach us.
• Australia Post delivers your order and so sees your delivery address.
• Supabase stores our records, in Sydney.
• Netlify hosts the site.
• Resend sends our emails.
• Klaviyo holds the email list for drop announcements.

Some of these services process data outside Australia, including in the United States.

We do not sell, rent or trade personal information. Ever.

How long

Order records are kept for as long as Australian tax law requires, currently five years. Everything else is kept until you ask us to remove it, or until it’s no longer needed.

Access, correction, deletion

You can see and change your saved details on your record page. For anything else, such as a copy of what we hold, a correction, or deletion of anything we’re not legally required to keep, email dispatch@aerogant.com.au.

Security

Access to our records is restricted, sign-in links expire, and payment details never touch our systems.

Changes

If this changes, this page changes. The date below says when.
